Sound Bath is a holistic practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote physical. emotional, and mental well-being.
It's a deeply immersive, fill-body listening experience, During a sound bath, participants are enveloped in a soothing and harmonious atmosphere created by a variety of sound healing instruments, such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums , and other resonant tools.
These instruments produce a rich tapestry of sound frequencics that wash over the participants, inducing a state of deep relaxation and promoting a profound sense of inner peace.
